Allergy Bomb Smoothie
- ½ cup Dannon Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
- 8 oz. almond milk
- 2 Tablespoons Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 Tablespoon dutch cocoa powder
- 2 Tablespoons local honey
- 1 teaspoon pollen
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- cacoa nibs (optional)
- Put yogurt, honey and peanut butter into blender and blend until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, pollen, banana and almond milk and process until well blended.
- Add ice to blender if so desired and blend again until smooth.
- Sprinkle with cacao nibs and pollen.
