Allergy Bomb Smoothie

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Dannon Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 8 oz. almond milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon dutch cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons local honey
  • 1 teaspoon pollen
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • cacoa nibs (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put yogurt, honey and peanut butter into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, pollen, banana and almond milk and process until well blended.
  3. Add ice to blender if so desired and blend again until smooth.
  4. Sprinkle with cacao nibs and pollen.
