Orange-Pecan Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1¾ tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon orange extract or orange water
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Preheat griddle to 375*F.
  2. Whisk together the first 4 ingredients.
  3. In another bowl combine all the wet ingredients, stirring with a whisk or fork.
  4. Mix the liquid ingredients quickly into the dry ingredients.
  5. Use ¼ cup pancake batter for each pancake and cook on a griddle until browned on both sides.
